As the Director of Employer Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving Lifeforce’s growth in the employer benefits space. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of our employer-focused strategy, forging strong relationships with businesses to integrate Lifeforce’s health optimization solutions into their employee benefits programs.


This position combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to business development, relationship management, and advocacy for Lifeforce’s mission. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that improve employee well-being and support organizational goals.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Design and implement a forward-thinking strategy to grow and manage employer partnerships, positioning Lifeforce as a leader in employee wellness and health optimization.
  • Analyze industry trends and employer needs to enhance Lifeforce’s offerings and stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align initiatives with Lifeforce’s mission and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to employer clients.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of employer prospects, as well as relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, establishing Lifeforce as a trusted partner for employee health and wellness.
  • Lead the consultative sales process with HR leaders, benefits administrators, and executives to deliver personalized, value-driven presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with both employer goals and Lifeforce’s objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employer and broker partners, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Employer Engagement Advocacy:

  • Represent Lifeforce as a thought leader in the employer benefits space, participating in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Collect and share insights from employer feedback to inform continuous improvement and innovation in Lifeforce’s offerings.
  • Advocate for Lifeforce’s role in enhancing workplace well-being and productivity through health optimization solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Lifeforce’s product, clinical, and member experience teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of employer programs.
  • Provide strategic input into marketing campaigns and educational resources tailored to employers, brokers and consultants.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or benefits consulting, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Proven ability to establish and scale strategic partnerships with employers.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing executive-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

  • You are a creative problem solver who approaches all challenges with curiosity.
  • You thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere, working with all levels of the organization.
  • You have strong time management skills and can work independently with minimal supervision.
