🎥 What You’ll Do🎬 Direct and shoot high-performing digital content for social platforms
💡 Capture clean, versatile footage optimized for creative testing
🗣️ Coach influencers and on-camera talent to deliver natural, high-impact performances
⚡ Keep shoots efficient, consistent, and drama-free
🎞️ Maintain TubeScience’s quality, metadata, and compliance standards
🧬 Who You Are🎥 3–5+ years shooting/directing in fast-paced, digital-first environments (UGC, branded, or social)
🎬 Fluent across camera systems (iPhone → cinema) and lighting setups
🗣️ Strong communicator who can direct non-actors & influencers
🧠 Resourceful, organized, and lightning-fast
🤝 Confident leading sets while keeping energy and collaboration high
