💡 The Role

We’re looking for a Director/DP who knows how to get the best out of people on camera.

You’ll lead shoots that are designed to perform: directing talent to deliver authentic, high-energy moments, while capturing clean, test-ready footage. You’ll bring a sharp eye for framing and lighting, a calm presence on set, and a deep understanding of what makes content convert.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative, coach, and operator — a shooter who can make anyone look and sound great.

🎥 What You’ll Do

🎬 Direct and shoot high-performing digital content for social platforms.

💡 Capture clean, versatile footage optimized for creative testing and iteration.

🗣️ Coach actors and real people to deliver authentic, engaging on-camera performances.

⚡ Keep shoots efficient, consistent, and adaptable — no drama, just results.

🎞️ Maintain TubeScience’s quality, metadata, and compliance standards on every project.

🧬 Who You Are

🎞️ 3–5+ years shooting or directing in fast-paced, digital-first environments (UGC, branded, or social).

🎥 Fluent across camera systems (iPhone → cinema) and lighting setups.

💬 Strong communicator with proven ability to direct non-actors and influencers effectively.

🧠 Resourceful, organized, and fast-moving — you make production look effortless.

🗣️ Confident leading sets while keeping energy, efficiency, and collaboration high.
