How you will contribute
You will leverage a deep understanding of the finance organization, processes, and systems to drive digitalization of MDLZ finance: enhance finance capabilities, drive simplification/automation, and support compliance.
Develop and maintain a coherent finance systems strategy, across all finance sub-functions:
Lead finance master data, data, and dashboards governance
Ensure continuity, compliance and continuous improvement of interfaces (Alteryx)

How you will contribute

- Facilitate continuous improvement of existing tools (SAP/S4/SAC/etc.)
- Introduce new technologies (e.g. AI)
- Co-ordinate system retirements
Lead finance master data, data, and dashboards governance
Ensure continuity, compliance and continuous improvement of interfaces (Alteryx)
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Finance Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital finance strategy aligned with overall business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (AI, RPA, blockchain, advanced analytics) to transform finance processes.
- Automation Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation initiatives across finance functions, in collaboration with MDS finance colleagues: A&ER, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Treasury.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities within finance in collaboration with MDS Data & Analytics team. Establish and lead dashboards and data governance.
- Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and digital solutions to improve finance processes and capabilities. This includes conducting proof-of-concepts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the implementation of new systems.
- Process Optimization & Standardization: Collaborate in streamlining and standardizing finance processes globally, leveraging technology to eliminate inefficiencies and improve accuracy.
- Digital Finance Governance & Control: Manage projects pipeline and prioritization, balance resources, and monitor execution.
- Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing digital finance team with the skills and expertise to drive digital transformation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions (MDS, supply chain, sales, marketing) to identify and implement digital solutions that improve business performance.
What You Will Bring

- A strong understanding of digital business models, technology, and financial principles, with a proven track record of leading finance teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Educated to University degree or equivalent, preferably in IT
- Proven English language proficiency
- Extensive progressive experience, with focus on finance digital technologies
- Deep understanding of finance organization and processes
- Strong people leadership experience
- Projects leadership
- Collaborative management with the ability to build partnerships across client groups and key stakeholders influence and drive business performance
