Secure Code Warrior is seeking an experienced, resourceful, organized, creative go-getter to join our team as the Director of Demand Generation. The Director of Demand Generation will lead the Demand Generation team from the front on a mission to acquire, and nurture qualified leads through integrated multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with the goal of creating sales ready leads to drive and accelerate new and expansion sales pipeline. This role will report into the Global VP, Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Building and measuring a reliable B2B demand generation engine that integrates all marketing channels (including email, paid ads, partner co-marketing, and other channels) and addresses our core ICP and a full scope of buying committee personas.
  • Manage and mentor a team of top-notch demand generation professionals, and BDRs continuing to develop and advance their knowledge set while providing opportunities for career growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs, including: email, webinars, paid advertising, sales and BDR outbound campaigns, social media, pay-per-lead, nurturing and customer engagement programs in collaboration with regional demand generation managers.
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, regional demand generation managers, channel account managers, BDRs, partners and sales functions to tailor and optimize compelling messaging, positioning or content as needed to support demand gen programs or campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the regional demand generation managers, sales leaders and sales team members to align marketing efforts with company and sales goals and ensure lead quality and conversion.
  • Lead regional demand generation managers in the track and analysis of  campaign and program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making, next steps and recommendations.
  • Own, develop and execute on partner marketing initiatives including prioritizing and collaborating on new co-marketing opportunities across a large partner landscape. 
  • Manage and provide suggestions for allocation of regional marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to help inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or understanding of the cybersecurity landscape or working with personas related to cybersecurity within a SaaS or cloud based business is a must.
  • 5+ years minimum hands-on experience building a B2B digital marketing machine across multiple channels.
  • 3+ years of management experience leading a high-performing, multi-discipline team across all stages of career development and empowering them to achieve business goals.
  • Enterprise-level demand generation experience defining and driving strategic plans or hands-on experience running account based marketing tactics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team and personal KPIs QoQAssist in the system maintenance and maintaining data and regulatory (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) integrity across the sales and marketing databases.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and recommend prioritization, timelines and process to ensure high-quality execution and results
  • Strong operational and analytical skills with the ability to critically review data and derive meaningful insights, conclusions and recommendations.
  • Must be flexible and collaborative, willing to work within a dynamic environment across many business functions with the ability to roll up your sleeves and dive into tasks to help get things across the finish line.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to deliver on or exceed on targets
  • Tenacious and passionate with an ability to stay focused to achieve targets
  • Strong communication and listening capabilities, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Preferred

  • Previous experience owning or managing an SDR or BDR function preferred.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Zoominfo, Clari Groove and Full Circle a plus.
