The Director of Demand Generation will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive high-quality leads and accelerate revenue growth through targeted campaigns and marketing automation.
About the Role
We're seeking a data-driven Director of Demand Generation to develop and execute our demand generation strategy, driving high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline growth. You'll own the full demand generation funnel, creating integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our ideal customers. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams, you'll build and optimize programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that consistently delivers high-quality leads, accelerates pipeline growth, and drives measurable revenue impact across the full buyer journey
• Plan and execute highly targeted ABM programs to engage strategic accounts and key decision-makers, working closely with sales to develop personalized campaigns and coordinated multi-channel touchpoints
• Own paid advertising, retargeting, and digital marketing initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, display), managing budget allocation and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI
• Leverage HubSpot to build sophisticated marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, email nurture campaigns, and attribution reporting while maintaining seamless sales integration
• Conduct continuous performance analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize marketing efficiency
What We're Looking For
• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of developing and scaling successful demand generation programs that drove measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep expertise in ABM methodologies and enterprise marketing strategies
• Strong performance marketing skills with demonstrated ability to optimize paid channels for ROI
• Advanced HubSpot proficiency including marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and CRM integration. You will be the marketing liaison for HubSpot, working closely with Operations.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution
