The Director of Cruise Sales and Partnerships drives revenue growth by spearheading strategic sales initiatives and expanding market reach. This role focuses on forging high-impact partnerships, increasing bookings, and maximizing profitability. As the key liaison for cruise partnerships, they enhance client engagement while refining sales strategies to boost performance and secure long-term success.

How You'll Shine:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute dynamic cruise sales strategies that leverage key partnerships to maximize bookings and revenue across member and non-member channels.
  • Lead with Impact: Build and inspire a high-performing cruise sales team, accelerating market expansion and driving sustained growth.
  • Seize New Opportunities: Identify untapped markets, cultivate strong client relationships, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Forge Powerful Alliances: Strengthen partnerships with top decision-makers, positioning the company as a dominant force in the cruise sector.
  • Be the Industry Connector: Serve as the go-to expert and primary liaison for all cruise partnerships, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Maximize Profitability: Sharpen sales strategies with a focus on increasing margins and driving long-term financial success.
  • Elevate Performance: Champion continuous process improvements, refining sales tactics and enhancing partner engagement for sustained excellence

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel: 25% - Domestic & international as needed
  • Must have an active U.S. passport

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales in cruise industry and Vacation Ownership/Membership based organization
  • Account Management and Partnership experience
  • Driving sales and leading a sales team to exceed targets
  • Analytical skills to drive data-based decisions and sales strategies
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on daily sales performance
  • Travel Required - Domestic & international as needed
  • Active U.S. passport required
  • Comfortable working in hybrid office environment
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the cruise industry, preferably in sales or business development roles (Supplier Manager, Account Manager, etc.)

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
