About Us

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency specializing in data-driven campaigns. Our strategies leverage industry insights, social listening, and analytics to guide creative decisions. Then, we let the results take it from there—each strategic move is influenced by top-performing influencers and content.

Everyone claims to be data-backed, but we prove it using our Optimization Flywheel, driving brands to exponentially higher ROI:

  • One of our clients used a paid agency for lower-funnel conversion campaigns—our top-funnel campaigns outperformed them by 5x in conversions.
  • TikTok (yes, the platform itself) confirmed that our campaigns perform 500x above their ad benchmarks in watch time. (Not a typo—we double-checked.)
  • One of our TikTok ads ranked #2 globally on TikTok’s leaderboard for an entire month.

But what truly sets us apart is our people-first culture. We believe exceptional work comes from teams who feel valued, supported, and balanced. We actively discourage burnout, and our founders are deeply committed to maintaining a 40-hour workweek as the norm—not the exception. We prioritize family, flexibility, and health, which is why we offer generous benefits, including flexible PTO, 100% covered healthcare, and company holidays that actually get honored. Though we're fully remote, we make it a point to come together in Atlanta (our HQ) for meaningful off-sites that foster collaboration and connection. We've also invested in hiring senior leaders from top agencies and platforms to help shape the next generation of our business and to ensure our team is learning and growing alongside the best in the industry.

Role Overview

The Director of Creative Strategy Implementation and Optimization ensures that our strategic plans are successfully executed and continuously optimized based on real-time data.

This role takes ownership once a campaign is sold in, leading the process from kickoff to completion. You will ensure seamless team coordination, maintain campaign integrity, manage client expectations, and stay ahead of industry trends and performance insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Strategy
  • Lead post-sale execution, ensuring all campaign elements align with the approved strategy.
  • Oversee multiple influencer marketing programs, including:
    • Viral Hit Makers – Engaging high-reach influencers to drive viral content through the art direction of their content (based on past post performance analysis)
    • UGC Generation – Managing in-house content production for brand-owned channels and paid media.
    • Paid Amplification – Working with our performance media team to ensure targeted paid media strategies are aligned with the goals.
    • Micro-Influencer Strategies – Engaging niche interest groups to expand audience reach.
    • A/B Testing – Implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize performance.
  • Monitor live campaigns, proactively identifying underperforming elements and making strategic adjustments.
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Act as the primary lead from kickoff, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and refine processes for cross-team hand-offs and workflows (currently, this needs serious improvement).
  • Assign and oversee tasks related to creative strategy (and overlapping deliverables) across departments to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain quality control by reviewing influencer selections, creative concepts, and final content before client approval.
  • Guide and mentor a junior team, helping them navigate challenges and prioritize effectively.
  • Lead with confidence—this role requires someone who doesn’t flinch at challenges, maintains a happy team who performs well, is able to have difficult convos with underperforming employees, handles client calls with ease, does not require micromanagement, and can independently run the department if needed.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and execution (creating mutual accountability)
  • Manage difficult client situations, particularly when brands request changes that could hinder campaign success.
  • Confidently present strategic pivots when necessary, using data and industry expertise to persuade stakeholders.
  • Participate in important update calls, and reporting, ensuring that clients are engaged and excited rather than zoning off.
  • Ensuring reports are tied back to the original strategies and making valuable conclusions rather than parroting back data points.
Requirements
  • Experience: Director-level experience in Strategy, with a proven track record of team leadership and client management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset to assess performance and make data-driven optimizations.
    • Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
    • Able to form a deep understanding of each brand's identity—analyzing their vibe, aesthetics, voice, and goals to inform influencer selection and content strategy. (This doesn’t mean mimicking their branded marketing but strategically evolving it.)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure. (You will not be participating in low-budget campaigns, but this role does require you to plan your day based on biggest impact projects and empower your team to do a good job if you have to bail on a particular project due to conflicts.)
  • Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring junior team members and training them to advance in their roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging best practices.
  • AI Integration: Comfortable incorporating AI into workflows to optimize processes wherever possible.

If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
