Job Description SummaryThe Director of Corporate Partnership will be responsible for driving efforts to cultivate and manage long-term, contracted relationships within the Wholesaler and GPO spaces. The Director will be accountable for identifying and maximizing business opportunities, executing on strategic campaigns, positive customer interaction and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, while aligning with the company’s growth objectives and strategic contracting priorities. In addition, this individual will work cross-functionally with all Sales stakeholders (ie. Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer service, Marketing, etc.) to ensure end user barriers are minimized.

Job Description
  • Work with PDx functions such as Sales operations, marketing, medical affairs, and analytics to grow and execute strategic opportunities within the Distribution and GPO spaces.
  • Collaborate with Contrast Media regions and senior leadership to execute strategic approaches in driving further partnership with our corporate clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within Wholesaler and GPO accounts.
  • Provide cross functional leadership & integration of internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and successful execution of key business contracting initiatives.
  • Support and implement commercial activation initiatives to enhance market opportunities and drive revenue growth across the corporate partnership landscape.
  • Up to 50% Travel is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the med tech, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of working with U.S. market strategies & companies.
  • Extensive experience in executing strategic plans, managing large-scale business development initiatives, and driving growth in a highly competitive market.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare purchasing structure, including distribution networks, commercial dynamics, and challenges.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to develop and implement high-impact account strategies…attention to detail and the ability to project management a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with customer targets.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $132,000.00-$198,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
