We are looking for a visionary Director of Content Strategy to define and evolve our content strategy across the entire customer journey. This role sits at the center of our brand, product marketing, and digital experience teams, driving a unified approach to storytelling that resonates with our audiences and accelerates business growth. By enhancing our content initiatives, you will help shape how we connect with our customers and reinforce our brand’s value in the marketplace.

 

 

How You’ll Find Success

  • As Director of Content Strategy, you will lead a high-performing team of strategists, writers, and producers, transforming content into a strategic lever for brand equity, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • You’ll bring a modern, audience-first mindset fueled by data, insights, and emerging technologies like AI to build content experiences that are timely, relevant, and high-impact.
  • This role is about more than writing great copy; it’s about building a system that consistently delivers meaningful content experiences that scale with the business and deepen relationships with our customers.
  • You'll foster innovation and creativity within the team, ensuring that content strategies evolve to meet changing market demands.
  • You will prioritize alignment with business objectives, collaborating across departments to maximize the effectiveness of all content initiatives.

Things You’ll Do

  • Define and lead a global content strategy that drives brand affinity, customer education, and full-funnel engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content strategists, writers, editors, and producers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Own and evolve the company’s editorial voice and storytelling framework to ensure clarity, consistency, and resonance across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, demand generation, communications, events, and digital teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Guide the creation of diverse content formats including long-form articles, video, podcasts, social media, interactive tools, and in-product content.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to scale content production, optimize personalization, and enhance performance.
  • Build systems and processes to support efficient, scalable, and high-quality content operations.
    Use data and customer insights to drive content decisions, optimize performance, and demonstrate impact.
  • Ensure content is strategically aligned across regions, buyer personas, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Advocate for audience-first thinking, positioning content as a growth engine within the broader marketing organization.

 

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 9+ years of proven experience in content strategy, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams, driving high performance and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and leveraging analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI applications in content creation and distribution.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
