Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead JLL's Consulting practice engagements specializing in Change Strategy and Transformation. This role will serve as a subject matter expert who develops and implements transformative strategies that align client real estate operations with enterprise objectives, workplace needs, and employee experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex consulting engagements for Real Estate Change Management and Transformation projects, leveraging JLL's proprietary delivery models and methodologies

  • Translate JLL frameworks into tailored solutions for enterprise-level Real Estate Transformations across diverse client environments and industries

  • Guide clients through strategic real estate transitions including first-generation outsourcing, portfolio optimization, geographical expansion, and operational scaling

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management programs that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes

  • Act as Engagement Manager overseeing project staffing, profitability, client relationships, and billing processes

  • Lead capability development initiatives, define best practices, and spearhead team upskilling programs related to change and transformation

  • Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads and business lines to identify integrated service opportunities to bring in change management expertise

  • Contribute to business development through new business pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Change Management, Communications, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with demonstrable focus on real estate strategy, change management, and transformation initiatives

  • Proven expertise in client advisory with specialization in organizational change management, transformation program design, and implementation

  • Strong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clients

  • Superior executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilities

  • Experience with leading and mentoring diverse and multi-faceted project teams

  • History of delivering quantifiable business results and ROI through change management programs

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Project management experience

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

140,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
