  • Oversee development and production of content for internal and external speaking engagements, conferences, and events.
  •  Establish and maintain a compelling LinkedIn presence that reflects the SVP’s leadership style, draws interest from top technical talent, and reinforces her thought leadership within the AI space.
  • Partner with global communications on external messaging to prospective employees, media, shareholders, and customers.
  • Build scalable systems to activate her direct reports and elevate the Product & Engineering leadership voice internally and externally.
  • Create a function-wide strategic communication plan aligned to company-wide priorities and informed by employee feedback.

Acquisition Integration Communications

  • Partner as the lead communicator for the integration of any newly acquired company, for which she is the executive sponsor.
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end change communications plan to align cultures, unify roadmaps, and ensure alignment to priorities.

Internal Communications & Culture

  • Be a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Internal Communications and participate in our Internal Communications Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to company-wide storytelling moments like All Hands meetings, Slack engagement, and leadership communication campaigns.
  • Help engineer a culture of clarity, transparency, and pride.
  • Develop a strategic plan to address feedback from our recent employee engagement survey and any upcoming mechanisms CoreWeave will use to gather employee voice.
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of experience in communications in a fast-paced tech company, with a focus on internal and executive communications.
  • Experience working closely with senior engineering and technical leaders.
  • Proven track record in strategic change communications, leadership messaging, narrative development, and building communications cadences that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to ghostwrite in a leader’s voice.
  • Strong editorial judgment, speed, and comfort navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
