As Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of a global DRAM product portfolio serving hyperscale cloud, enterprise OEM, AI accelerator, and PC markets. This highly visible leadership role will shape Micron's position in emerging memory technologies and datacenter LPDDR solutions while influencing product direction through customer engagement, market insight, and technology leadership. $170,000.00 - $353,000.00 a year

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for a global DRAM portfolio
- Own the full product lifecycle, including product planning, stage gate reviews, and end-of-life decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver products through Micron's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process
- Engage customers and industry partners to shape product requirements, positioning, and value propositions
- Lead and develop a high-performing product management team while providing portfolio updates to executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with product management or product development responsibilities
- Proven experience developing product strategies and managing products across the full lifecycle
- Demonstrated success leading direct teams and influencing cross-functional organizations
- Strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and customer-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with DRAM products, memory technologies, and datacenter memory solutions
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure, AI accelerator architectures, and emerging memory requirements for AI workloads
- Experience serving as a spokesperson with customers, partners, or industry forums and presenting to senior executives
- Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI workflows and their implications for future memory solution strategies
