Key Responsibilities

  • Build lasting, meaningful and enduring relationships with our key accounts

  • Drive revenue through long-term partnerships and key account growth

  • Manage and direct strategies and tactics for the team to execute and line up key performance indicators and financial objectives including revenue, expenses and ROI

  • Manage all aspects of the account management revenue generation/expansion process including continued sales, communication and negotiation

  • Collaborate with and/or manage relevant team members including Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue Operations

  • Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales to support our clients and help them achieve their objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to create and deliver creative solutions for clients

  • Providing reporting, projections and forecasts through multiple techniques including, competitive and industry analysis, client growth plans and revenue reports

  • Provide day to day support and strategic solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from pre, during, and post campaigns

  • Understand and become an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch campaigns

  • Responsible for establishing new relationships with incoming business development clients and growing long-term relationships and revenue across this portfolio

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years experience managing and leading an account management or similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media company

  • A creative and strategic mindset that is eager to be applied to various business development initiatives on any given day

  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities

  • Enthusiasm for and understanding of creators, brands, their culture and helping them succeed

  • Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit

  • Must be a self starter and creative problem solver

Note: Pearpop operates on a hybrid schedule & candidates need to be located in Los Angeles

 

Compensation

$120,000-$150,000
