POSITION DESCRIPTION


As a Senior Director of Business Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our revenue and business systems across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Marketing, and Product and collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and Finance on systems needs. You’ll take charge of growing and managing the business systems team. This position is an excellent opportunity to help shape critical business infrastructure that enables Sayari’s continued growth. You will be instrumental in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes and systems as we scale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Systems Strategy: As the leader of the Business Systems Team, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating and optimizing systems across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Marketing, and Product departments.
  • System Management: Management and enhancement of all business systems, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and product management systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Operations, and Business Operations to understand the business needs and ensure the systems align with respective department goals and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all systems comply with data protection regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of data security and privacy.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the budget for business systems, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to the implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Team Lead: Build out a strong team of business systems administrators of various levels to align with the growing users.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of business systems and operating experience. Experience architecting and administering Salesforce (ability to read Apex), Gainsight, HubSpot, MixPanel, Outreach, Gong, Notion, as well as other common systems in a SaaS tech Stack and their integrations
  • 5+ years of leading a team of business systems administrators
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the associated systems
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
