This position will align and execute the Business Line strategy and report progress and key metrics regularly to executive and senior leaders. The role will generate key insights from market and industry trends to drive strategic initiatives and continuous review of our operating model. This role will prepare and identify meaningful reporting and analysis on comprehensive KPIs regarding customer acquisition, retention, channel migration, adoption, profitability, etc. and will creates executive level summaries for monthly and quarterly review with our C-suite. The role will work collaboratively with Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis on corporate initiatives and regarding utilization of financial reporting and analysis in the creation on business cases for strategic initiatives. This position serves as primary liaison to external consultants and benchmarking firms on selected engagements.

As a Director, Business Line Strategy & Analytics, you will: 

  • Monitor, measure and report on comprehensive KPIs that provide targets for teams to work towards, allow leaders to gauge progress on initiatives, and provide insights that help make better decisions.
  • Develop the business line "story” including the creation of materials and information that outline strategic business and financial update
  • Where appropriate, responsible for the development of a comprehensive plan to prepare for portfolio purchases, business line expansions/additions, and any future acquisitions.
  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy and Financial Planning and Analysis teams to focus on financial outcomes through strategies deployed to drive and refine the strategy.
  • Conduct research and utilize information found to lead development and creative discussions on potential strategies to further the bank's position in the market, customer engagement and financial benefits.
  • Participate and direct the strategic work of project teams and external consultants, provide consistent communication, assess ability to deliver, and collaborate with respective business leaders as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business or Finance. Required

Experience

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, business leadership, business consultation/development, strategy development or similar role supporting the creation and/or business analysis with senior leadership . Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date Required

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.

$130,550.00 - $223,800.00 per year
