Job Description

  

Lead strategic growth in high-voltage interconnect solutions with Teledyne Reynolds! For over 60 years, we’ve delivered the highest quality products for defense, aerospace, medical, energy, and space industries. Join our Torrance team and drive innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do
  • Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports across a cross-functional group
  • Forecast sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
  • Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects
  • Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements
  • Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership
  • Travel up to 35%
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations leadership (required)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (required)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (required)
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (required)
  • MBA (advantage)
  • Familiarity with electronics assembly processes (advantage)

Salary Range:

$120,300.00-$160,400.000

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
