Role Overview

Envision Horizons is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to help drive our next stage of growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll shape our expansion strategy, forge meaningful partnerships, and position Envision Horizons as the go-to marketing agency for top brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on scaling our business, building high-value relationships, and creating long-term success for our clients and our company.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with our sales and client service teams, optimizing performance and refining processes for sustainable growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships that expand our reach across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies, thought leadership content, and industry visibility.

  • Manage and maximize the CRM (Pipedrive) to streamline reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency.

  • Represent Envision Horizons at industry events, webinars, and podcasts, helping position the brand as an industry thought leader.

  • Drive revenue growth by overseeing contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • Partner with internal teams to identify new channels, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen client relationships.

What Sets You Apart

  • 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
