PragerU Kids is on a mission to empower parents and inspire children by teaching America’s values, history, and opportunities. Our content spans videos, books, live events, and more—all designed to engage young minds in fun, educational, and meaningful ways. We're looking for a Director of Visual & Brand, Kids to lead the way in crafting and promoting the identity of PragerU Kids across all channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a creative and strategic leader who understands both how to market to families and how to build a strong, beloved brand. You will be reporting to our Director of Kids Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the PragerU Kids brand visually—ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity across everything we produce
- Work closely with our central marketing team to provide collateral needed to execute digital campaigns across:
- Social media
- Paid ads
- Strategic partners
- Be hands-on in designing materials along with managing additional designers on the team as needed.
- Be able to design original artwork, including illustration and infographics
- Be able to do light character animations for social media content, advertisements, email-marketing, merch and collateral.
- Ensure that designs are high quality, accurate, on brand and timely.
- Design digital and print content in alignment with current Brand Guidelines
- Project revisions: take a lead role in the revision process, incorporating feedback on projects from the Marketing team and be open to collaboration and guidance from stakeholders
Successful candidates will possess:
- 5–7+ years in a senior design and/or brand leadership role
- Experience in children’s or family-oriented marketing preferred
- Top design skills and ability to use a variety of design platforms, i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, and Premier
- Basic HTML/CSS skills and ability to create quick landing pages as needed
- Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Webflow
- Experience with email marketing tools. Experience with Iterable preferred.
- Experience with project management, particularly working in Airtable and/or Orange Logic
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Genuine passion for inspiring a love of America in the next generation

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
