What You’ll Do:

As Director, Brand Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving incremental brand revenue by expanding our creators’ partnerships across leading advertisers. You’ll unlock pure brand dollars by building and managing relationships with social, brand, and media teams at top companies, translating their marketing objectives into scalable creator-driven programs. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role, perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and deal-maker. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand partnerships, sales, and creator strategy, ensuring that our integrations not only deliver results but also elevate how brands engage in the creator space. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental revenue by securing direct brand partnerships and branded content opportunities that go beyond performance budgets.
  • Unlock pure brand dollars by positioning creator collaborations as an integral part of brands’ storytelling and upper-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Call on social and brand teams at major advertisers, building deep relationships across marketing, social, influencer, and media functions.
  • Develop integration strategies that align creator programs with brand priorities, KPIs, and campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital and Marketing to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends, emerging platforms, and creator-brand partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a thought leader in the creator economy. 

Who You Are:

  • 8-12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or integrated marketing ideally within the creator, social, or digital content ecosystem.
  • Proven success unlocking brand marketing budgets and driving multi-million-dollar partnerships.
  • Deep relationships with brand and social marketing teams at leading advertisers and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, and branded content strategies.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable creator programs. 
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $175K-$200K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees.
