As a Director of Brand Partnerships within Hagerty’s events, media and entertainment division, you’ll drive Hagerty’s digital video revenue growth, event sponsorship monetization, data and insights, and develop exceptional commercial partnerships and client relationships. With your strategic thinking, client obsession, and passion for innovation, you’ll create and sell digital branded, high-impact automotive sponsorship programs across our owned & operated events. What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with OEM clients.
  • Prospect new brands, uncover auto-endemic clients, closing new and incremental campaigns.
  • Handle all sponsorship program activities including prospecting, sales and negotiation, proposal development, sponsor activations, servicing, and relationship management.
  • Pitch integrated custom video solutions across long-form content, short-form social content, events, sponsorship, and media.
  • Help advertisers build and implement effective campaigns, measure results, and renew /up-sell to drive revenue growth.
  • Align, develop, and implement sales strategies to achieve event sponsorship revenue targets (The Amelia Concours d’ Elegance, Greenwich, Motorlux, & RADwood).
  • Drive revenue across all Hagerty’s media platforms: Magazine, video, digital, FAST, social, and audio (podcasts).
  • Leverage creative solutions to increase Hagerty’s win rates and ensure that we are delivering against all lines of business
  • Strategically position all benefits and key selling value propositions for Hagerty’s content offerings
  • Listen to investor earnings calls and stay on top of marketplace intel

  • Must have working knowledge audio/video/digital/social landscape and platforms
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth & superior client interactions
  • Relationships with advertising agencies and auto brands directly
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Positive, detail oriented, self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate remote work environment
  • Must be excellent at communication and possesses presentation skills

  • This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
