Anduril is defining the future of defense and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing leader to help us develop and share our brand story, globally. Our Sr. Marketing Manager, Social / Web will shape how Anduril shows up authentically across social platforms. You will deliver content that brings Anduril’s mission and products to life in compelling ways that are consistent with the company’s disruptive vision and brand voice. At the same time, you’ll back up those campaigns with credible analytics geared towards fueling the growth of Anduril’s brand and its audiences across platforms. You will consistently find ways to connect with our customers and culture to amplify brand awareness, differentiation and trust. You are conceptual, creative, iterative, well-connected and ready to hit the ground running.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Directly manage Anduril’s social media / marketing strategy.
- Bring Anduril’s brand and products to life through content and campaigns tailored for each platform’s best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with comms, design, product marketing and the business lines to deliver product campaigns (inclusive of organic content and paid media).
- Partner with Anduril’s design team to develop distinct, on-brand content for owned channels including, but not limited to website, social channels, etc.
- Grow our global audience and strengthen audience engagement.
- Deliver credible ROI effectiveness metrics for social / web to demonstrate the positive impact of these initiatives on the brand and business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of crafting and executing impactful social / web strategies.
- KPIs and metrics that back-up examples are critical — e.g., ability to scale engaged audiences, ability to connect results to business impact in compelling way for exec audiences.
- Clear vision & differentiated point of view: We need someone who is ready to contribute a new perspective for how we can fuel Anduril’s brand and social communities for years to come. Anduril, as a company, has established credibility because the team approaches defense in disruptive, new ways. Our marketing will be just as distinct — inventive in media strategy and bold in creative execution.
- Ability to flex strategic and tactical, creative and analytical: We’re a small and scrappy team that punches well above our weight. We need someone to come in with bold ideas, but also be excited to execute on the details.

US Salary Range
$142,000—$213,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
