This role requires a consultative approach, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for advancing clinical research solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maximize value for Clario and biotech clients by qualifying and including all relevant capabilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets for new logos, multi-service opportunities, and win rates

  • Develop new business relationships and grow existing accounts with an enterprise mindset

  • Manage assigned accounts and coordinate with BD counterparts across business units and CRO partner channels

  • Lead commercial team collaboration to develop win strategies for multi-service opportunities

  • Analyze biotech account pipelines and align appropriate subject matter experts

  • Leverage internal resources (SDRs, BU SMEs) to support account management and business development

  • Maintain accurate activity records and documentation in Salesforce

  • Complete timely administrative deliverables including sales reports, expense reports, and account planning

  • Coordinate territory reviews and development calls to ensure alignment across key roles

  • Build strong partnerships with delivery management, logistics, and customer care teams.
     

What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5–7+ years in sales or business development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related regulated industries

  • Proven experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles and multi-service scenarios

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and Clario’s products and services

  • Excellent communication skills, including cold calling and executive-level engagement

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Strong commercial acumen with command of pricing and contract terms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools

  • Ability to travel extensively to meet prospective and existing customers.
