What You'll Bring to Spectrum
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on Telecommunications/Wireless. 5+ years of Management and Leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in using computers, personal technology and software applications.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations, build a strong sales culture and lead high-performing, customer-focused teams in a goal-driven environment.
- Skilled in identifying trends and risks, communicating them to leaders and developing response plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering strong partnerships within the organization.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, inventory, merchandising, pricing, contract and billing procedures.
- Travel Ability: Valid driver's license and ability to meet the Spectrum's motor vehicle requirements.
- Schedule: This role may require flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Proven analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills, along with the ability to make qualitative judgments.
- Advanced leadership skills to align with the Spectrum's culture and values.
- Experience in sales training and employee development.
- Knowledge of process and procedure design and documentation.
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably as a Sr. Director, Director or District Manager in a destination shopping environment.
