Position Overview 

The Director of Analytics will be responsible for developing and leading the data and analytics vision across the organization. This role requires someone who is deeply data-driven, but equally commercially strategic, someone who knows how to get a team to convert data into business insights, drive measurable growth, and inform product and marketing strategy.

You’ll play a pivotal role in institutionalizing a data-first culture, partnering closely with our all levels of our teams to enable faster, smarter, and more scalable decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, has experience growing analytics teams, and thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented startup environment.


Responsibilities: 
  • Analytics Strategy & Leadership - Define and own the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals. Take over, enhance and mentor a high-performing analytics team and establish best practices in data governance, data quality, and analytics frameworks.
  • Business & Product Insights - Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify growth levers and efficiency opportunities. Enable your team to translate complex data into business narratives, dashboards, and actionable recommendations and lead experimentation frameworks.
  • User & Revenue Growth - Analyze acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics to uncover conversion opportunities.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tooling - Work closely with engineering to ensure scalable data pipelines and architecture. Evaluate and implement analytics tools and Ensure organization-wide access to clean, reliable dashboards.
  • Drive the consolidation of disparate data sources into a unified data architecture, ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 8–14 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, ideally in B2C, EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Internet or Consulting Industries.
  • Prior experience in setting up or scaling an analytics function in a growing organization.
  • Proven track record in scaling data-driven strategy in fast-paced environments.
  • Business-first mindset with an ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
  • Should possess strong proficiency in AI-driven analytics platforms and methodologies.
