As Director of Americas Storage Accounts, you will own strategy, revenue, and executive relationships with top enterprise and cloud storage customers. You will lead cross-functional orchestration, guide long-term planning, and secure multi-year design wins that fuel Micron's datacenter growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-year account strategy aligned with Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit
  • Own revenue, margin, and design-win pipeline for storage customers across the Americas
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships, delivering business-focused value discussions and quarterly reviews
  • Guide technical resource deployment for early architecture engagement and roadmap alignment
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, including LTAs, pricing strategies, and multi-year supply agreements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12+ years in B2B technology sales managing large strategic accounts
  • Proven experience building executive relationships and driving value-based engagements
  • Success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles at Fortune 100 or similar organizations
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve organizational challenges
  • Understanding of datacenter, semiconductor, or advanced infrastructure technologies
  • Technical degree (BSEE or related) desired

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong technical fluency (L2) with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Experience driving competitive displacement and long-term account transformation
  • Background in cloud hardware, AI systems, or semiconductor-adjacent technologies
  • Demonstrated leadership of distributed or matrixed teams

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$159,600.00 - $331,100.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
