As the Director of Alliances & Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing, coaching, managing, and scaling strategic alliances and channel partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our product offering. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, business development, and relationship management. 

 
As Director of Alliances & Partnerships, you will be responsible for:  

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy that aligns with company goals, including channel, technology, and ecosystem partners. 
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, including joint ventures, integrations, resellers, and referral partners. 
  • Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies, partner enablement programs, and co-marketing activities. 
  • Partner Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management. Develop joint business plans, set partnership goals, and track performance metrics. 
  • Coaching: Serve as a hands-on contributor while simultaneously mentoring and guiding team members, embodying the dual role of player and coach to drive both individual performance and team success
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and company objectives. 
  • Process & Program Optimization: Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks for managing partnerships, ensuring consistent execution and delivery across all partnerships. 
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that drive long-term value for the company. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including pipeline growth, partner-generated revenue, and other KPIs. 

  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field. 
  • Proven experience in a senior partnerships role within the SaaS industry 
  • 8 years of experience in a sales leadership position. 
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. 
  • Experience in coaching a team or other team members.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company, competition, and category. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
