Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to define and execute AI strategies that align with business goals and hands on experience scaling AI solutions across large enterprise environments skilled in building a road map that aligns AI initiatives with company objectives and industry trends to drive long term success data

  • Practice area financial performance (utilization, margin, Investments).

  • Key project client success focus and oversight through their team and personal executive sponsorship engagement.
  • Coaching delivery teams in key projects and regularly sharing written feedback with managers.
  • Partnering with People Excellence to manage the capacity and capability of our team.
  • Ensuring the team has clear guidelines and resources for learning capabilities important to the practice area.
  • DRR & SRR review and approvals with the support of principal architects.
  • Supporting and optimizing project staffing to ensure the optimum client experience.
  • Driving technical excellence function within the practice area, supporting architecture and other reviews on projects via the principal architects and others in their team.
  • Ensuring rapid resolution of technical escalations with a focus on client experience (with the support of direct reports) and integrating lessons learned back into our approaches and employee feedback.
  • Drive special client experiences through briefings, expert sessions, and other ways to engage outside of our billable work.
  • Partner with the Solution Architecture (SA) team to create Service Delivery Frameworks to align technology and delivery strategy with solution positioning in scoping and increase consistency in delivery experience.
  • Create and manage practice technology strategy, client journey, and delivery patterns for solution areas within the practice.
  • Client success evangelism and ensuring that we're regularly celebrating success and our influence on our clients
  • Support IP roadmap, capture, and integration to Solution Engineering Team along with toolkit feature priority for internal development.
  • Lead periodic quarterly briefings for the team on tech roadmap, lessons learned on projects, delivery pattern recommendations, and other thought leadership topics.

Requirements: 

  • 8-10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience within a consultancy.
  • Expertise in modern data science and machine learning solutions, preferably using Microsoft’s Azure suite tools
  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and broad experience in multiple competency areas of data science delivery including: designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting high[1]performing, reliable, and scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences, as well as demonstrated ability to manage business stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience managing data practitioners, including the definition of team processes, responsibilities, and expectations. A high level of organization and the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

Base Salary Range
$176,200$264,300 USD
