Job Summary
The Director of Affiliate Marketing will be accountable for creating a robust affiliate program and compelling value proposition that drives growth and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in partnership development and affiliate marketing. The Director will work closely with large organizations to establish partnerships that enhance our brand visibility and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop a unique value proposition for affiliates that differentiates our program in the marketplace.


Outreach and Partnerships:

  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with large organizations and key industry players.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to maximize participation and performance.


Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance of the affiliate program, tracking key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the affiliate management team to ensure partner engagement and drive performance improvements.


Strategic Planning:

  • Focus on future acquisitions and expansion of the affiliate network, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform program enhancements.


Collaborate:

  • Partner with the sales and marketing departments to create and implement marketing campaigns


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for partner participation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement within the affiliate team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and affiliate program management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams to achieve performance goals.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00 - $232,254.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
