Job Summary

The Director, Account Manager Existing Accounts position will be responsible for building and expanding strong relationships with our strategic Retail Partner accounts. The Director’s role is to oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, develop new business opportunities within those existing partners and actively seek new sales
opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop direct and active relationships with your
partners.                          
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic account plans to
manage and guide ecosystem expansion opportunities with your partners.
• Lead, collaborate and problem-solve with cross-functional teams to
successfully implement initiatives and internal business goals.
• Understand the industry and guide the Product organization with future
product and services offerings to improve the end-product for our partners
and customers.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue and contribution goals.
• Create awareness and demand for company products.
• Gain a deep understanding of the financial factors driving profitability and
loss. Identify opportunities for continued improvement around increased
partner and customer engagement, along with operational efficiencies.
• Moderate travel required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven work experience in account management, sales,
or project management.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex business relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong financial acumen with ability to achieve revenue and profit growth
across a wide range of products and services.
• Ability to think strategically about partnerships across multiple business units
(marketing, network partners, product, brand, etc.).
• Analytical skills with the proven ability to utilize data as a key element in
planning, decision making, and problem solving.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time,
while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Team player that thrives within white space, demonstrated ability to deliver in
challenging situations where problem or resolution is ambiguous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech industry experience a plus.

POSITION TYPE

Regular

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $138,700 to $208,100 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
