Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ultrasound digital technology and continuously explore innovative applications of our products in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care settings. Collaborate with the R&D team to provide clinical insights for the development of cutting-edge ultrasound solutions.

  • Take ownership of project timelines and ensure successful deployment of our ultrasound digital solutions within healthcare facilities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and meet project milestones on time.

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of clinical specialists with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing professional development to enhance the team's expertise.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care fields. Understand their evolving clinical needs and challenges to offer tailored product recommendations and support strategies.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams, external partners, and end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our advanced ultrasound technology to its full potential. Encourage the team to embrace innovative training methodologies.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the innovative capabilities and advantages of our ultrasound digital solutions.

  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training at global events for the various ultrasound IT products.

  • Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices

  • Provide expert clinical support to medical staff during the initial implementation and throughout the product lifecycle. Leverage your background in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care to offer valuable insights and guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide clinical feedback, ensuring that our ultrasound products align with the unique requirements of different medical specialties. Participate in clinical studies and trials to validate product efficacy and safety.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics related to ultrasound technology in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care fields. Provide strategic input for marketing and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Extensive experience as a Clinical Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on ultrasound technology.

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving innovation and project deployment on time.

  • Strong background in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiovascular, Radiology, and Point of Care ultrasound applications.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

  • Profound passion for innovation in healthcare and the positive impact on patient care.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Excellent Presentation and public speaking skills, ability to deliver simplified messages to a diversified target audience from Academic, to clinical & technical and be able to get the message through.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the specified AKA region. Representation in meetings and tradeshows may additionally be required.
