Digital Transitions Associate

As a Digital Transitions Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the digital presence of our properties. You will be responsible for ensuring website content aligns with Asset Living standards, managing domain-related tasks, conducting audits, and enhancing digital curb appeal across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in digital marketing, website management, and performance tracking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Website Content & Optimization:
  • Review and optimize website content to ensure branding consistency, mobile and web optimization, and adherence to Asset Living standards.
  • Perform ongoing website maintenance, including content updates, bug fixes, and design adjustments.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, focusing on user experience enhancements such as site speed and conversion optimization.
  • Assist with in-house website setups.
  • Manage integrations and setup processes for third-party website providers.
Digital Audits & Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular audits on Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and chatbots to ensure proper tracking and functionality.
  • Perform quarterly website reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Provide detailed reporting on website and marketing performance, offering insights and recommendations for growth.
Domain & Technical Management:
  • Manage and monitor domain-related tasks, including renewals, SSL certificates, and domain forwarding.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between old and new domains to maintain SEO value and website functionality.
Digital Curb Appeal & Online Presence:
  • Oversee property presence across Google, Google My Business (GMB), social media, Internet Listing Services (ILS), and websites to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance digital curb appeal and drive online engagement.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer/user digital experience.
  • Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing website content and technical elements, including domains, SSL, and hosting platforms.
  • Proficiency in ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and RentCafe is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
