Your New Role
Working across the Digital Systems COE, this individual will join a team who manages user provisioning and deprovisioning of all 3rd party accounting software used by production accountants, crew, and studio executives. Systems include but not limited to EP's Smart Suite, C&C's Plus Suite, Digital PO's, the Digital A/P Process, MovieMagic, long term document storage and retention systems Scenechronize and BOX. Manage user credentials in compliance with CSO and SOX. Sets up digital onboarding, digital timecard, and digital repository systems for in-house projects. Provide system support to users across multiple business units.
Your Role Accountabilities

  • User Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning
  • Reconciliation of user provisioning in compliance with Internal Audit and SOX
  • Daily troubleshooting system access
  • Daily troubleshooting system user support
  • Set up digital systems


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2 years of IT or systems related experience required, preferably in production accounting
  • Proficient with C&C, EP, Greenslate accounting software and other industry standard digital systems
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under deadlines and time constraints
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
