The Digital Specialist, Programmatic will manage Google Display and YouTube campaigns, optimizing performance and collaborating with teams to align strategies with client goals.
Community Boost is seeking a skilled and proactive part-time Programmatic Digital Specialist, specifically for Google Display and Youtube advertising, to support our paid media team in executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns across programmatic platforms. This contractor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and can translate audience insights into scalable media strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns align with client goals and broader omnichannel strategies.
Scope of Work:
- Drive website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for purpose-driven clients through strategic programmatic campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Programmatic Practice to develop and refine campaign strategies that align with client goals and audience insights.
- Write compelling ad copy and support the development of engaging creative assets for Google Display and YouTube campaigns.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns within Google Ads, with a focus on YouTube and Display channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and key metrics; provide timely insights to inform strategic direction.
- Analyze campaign results to continuously refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies for improved ROI.
- Proactively identify trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to unlock new opportunities for reach and impact.
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency experience in digital marketing.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, specifically YouTube and Display (Search experience a plus).
- Google Ads certifications (Fundamentals, YouTube, Display, Video, and Analytics) strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and working with nonprofits/social impact organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative mindset, diverse perspective, and independent, entrepreneurial spirit.
- StackAdapt platform experience a plus.
