The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, build, and launch paid search campaigns to drive traffic and generate revenue for nonprofit clients, collaborating closely with account managers.

Community Boost is looking to welcome a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to the Community Boost team. This role will report directly to the Head of Search Ads in order to create, build and launch paid search digital marketing campaigns for our high-impact nonprofit partners. Additionally, this role will work alongside Community Boost’s digital marketing consultants in order to execute effective digital strategies and exceed client marketing goals and expectations.
Our Digital Specialists are responsible for successfully increasing website traffic, converting new supporters and generating revenue for our purpose-driven clients all to ultimately, accelerate and scale social impact. They are focused on providing dedicated customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional subject matter expertise and always teeing up their Community Boost team members for success with high-quality, on-time deliverables.
This is a US based, full time, hourly contractor position.
What you'll do:
- Increasing website traffic, converting new supporters and generating revenue for our purpose-driven clients to scale and accelerate social impact.
- Working within Google and Microsoft platforms to consistently hit and surpass client pacing metrics and goals.
- Experience in multiple ads platforms.
- Build strategy with Account Managers, write ad copy and create strong ads, build campaigns, optimize and provide reporting.
- Successful execution of client deliverables and completion of tasks on time
- Support Account Managers with various reporting, meeting prep, roadmaps, KPIs and data sets.
- Bringing a systems mindset every day to solve problems permanently for the Community Boost team.
What you bring:
- Paid search ads experience in Google and Microsoft
- Includes Performance Max (PMAX) experience
- Major benefit if worked with nonprofits and/or the Google Ad Grant or have experience with fundraising
- Added bonus if agency experience, or are used to juggling upwards of 20 clients
- Experience with report-building/storytelling results for clients
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
