Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Segment Solutions Senior Manager to serve as a strategic connector between line of business segment leaders and the Commercial Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank (CB, CIB) Digital team. This role focuses on identifying and advancing digital opportunities that align with the priorities of the Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Payments and Liquidity business lines and their segments.
The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with segment stakeholders and internal partners, translate business needs into actionable digital initiatives, and ensure visibility and accountability across roadmaps and communications. This role will work closely with Innovation and Partnerships, as well as Digital Product teams, and requires strong organizational navigation skills and independent execution discipline.
In this role, you will:
  • Stay closely aligned with segment leaders across Commercial Banking, Corporate &Investment Banking, and Global Payments &Liquidity to understand their evolving priorities
  • Identify digital opportunities that address segment needs and triage them into partnership, internal build, or future discovery efforts
  • Inform the Digital team on segment-specific business needs and context; engage in discovery sprints for product ideas with business and client segment perspectives, connecting dots across product domains
  • Track digital initiatives and roadmaps relevant to the segments and report progress to segment stakeholders; unblock progress as needed by navigating the organization
  • Work with digital research team to monitor competitive landscape across segments including bank and fintech competitors, and identify key trends to respond to
  • Support communications and presentation development for segment leaders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to surface new ideas and opportunities including artificial intelligence use cases, with support from innovation and design teams
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with segment stakeholders, Innovation and Partnerships, Digital Product teams, and enablement partners
  • Coach and manage a team of Segment Digital strategists, ensuring high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in digital strategy or strategic product management within consulting, financial services, or fintech
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Payments and Liquidity products and services
  • MBA or similar relevant academic degree
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite for executive-level communications

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
