Job Summary:
The Digital Demand Intake & Delivery Program Manager manages a team responsible for leading enterprise scale demand intake, governance, and delivery transparency across Cat Digital and enterprise partners. This role drives process efficiency, on time delivery, and partner satisfaction by owning demand intake frameworks, delivery readiness, KPI support, and cross functional governance. The Program Manager ensures that strategic initiatives are scoped, prioritized, and delivered with consistency, visibility, and measurable outcomes.

- Lead and continuously improve the demand intake process to maximize efficiency, transparency, and investment value.
- Support Cat Digital leadership and teams in the adoption and effective use of product and program management toolsets.
- Ensure alignment of intake processes with enterprise cost and KPI expectations.
Delivery Readiness & Transparency (CSM / DRB)
- Drive effective and transparent demand intake through the DRB (Demand Review Board) process.
- Ensure scoping and solutioning activities meet or exceed 80% on time delivery targets.
- Provide clear delivery status, risks, and dependencies to Cat Digital and enterprise partners.
Governance & Cross Functional Leadership
- Lead and support governance models across Customer Success Management, Dealer Dependency, and enterprise initiatives.
- Partner with industry and enterprise stakeholders to accelerate delivery through structured governance and dependency management.
- Enable consistent handoffs and alignment across leadership scorecards and suite rollovers.
