Marketing Research Senior Analyst

The Digital Data Analyst, in the eBusiness Department, is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Digital operations within the AAA organization.  They will provide and communicate insights with actionable recommendations, build actionable dashboards and reports, and work directly with stakeholders. This is a data driven role that requires a level of technical expertise to systematically find value in data. They will also work with many types of data and tools to provide actionable analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep-dive segmentation analysis across disparate data sources to provide measurable, data-driven recommendations for various product lines.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Splunk, and Quantum Metrics.

  • Present complex findings to managers and executives through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.

  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Optimization & Testing: Provide insights and recommendations for website and mobile app testing, including A/B, multivariate, and personalization strategies.

  • Cross-Functional collaboration with marketing, big data, and product teams to implement data-driven solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a high level of detail orientation.

Education:

  • BA/BS required in Engineering or Science or equivalent work experience.

  • MA/MS/MBA or other appropriate advanced degree is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in data analytics, with at least 2 years focused on the SQL and Tableau stack.

  • Relevant experience in digital or database marketing and/or product analytics.

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to translate logical thinking into clear insights for high-level stakeholders.

  • Experience with Python, R, and/or Splunk is a plus

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) is a plus

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and data science.

  • This is a hybrid position

The starting pay range for this position is:

$86,100.00 - $115,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
