We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager who can take a digital product from business requirements through definition, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into clear product requirements, priorities, user experiences, and delivery plans.

This is a hands-on role. You won’t simply manage timelines and coordinate teams. You’ll be expected to understand the product, own the requirements, make product decisions, challenge assumptions, manage priorities, and drive the product forward.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business, customer experience, design, and technology, working closely with UX/UI designers, service designers, developers, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure the right product gets built and delivered successfully.
What You'll Do

❏ Understand business objectives, requirements, customer needs, and operational constraints and translate them into a clear digital product direction

❏ Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plan

❏ Take ownership of digital products from initial business requirements through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch improvement

❏ Translate business requirements into product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs

❏ Define and prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, dependencies, feasibility, and delivery constraints

❏ Work closely with UX/UI and Service Design teams to ensure customer journeys and product experiences support business objectives

❏ Review user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs to ensure they align with product requirements

❏ Work closely with architects and development teams to understand technical constraints, integrations, APIs, systems, and dependencies

❏ Manage the product backlog, sprint priorities, releases, dependencies, and scope throughout delivery

❏ Lead product planning, requirement, prioritization, and decision-making workshops with clients and internal teams

❏ Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, designers, and technology teams

❏ Challenge unclear or conflicting requirements and drive decisions when priorities compete

❏ Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product decisions, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly

❏ Coordinate with QA teams and lead UAT and product acceptance to ensure what is delivered meets the agreed requirements and experience

❏ Manage external development or technology partners when implementation is vendor-led

❏ Support launch planning, handover, product adoption, and post-launch optimization

❏ Define and track appropriate product KPIs and success measures

❏ Use data, customer feedback, analytics, and business performance to identify opportunities for product improvement

❏ Use AI-powered tools to accelerate requirements definition, product documentation, research synthesis, backlog management, analysis, reporting, and other parts of the product management workflow

RequirementsYou’re Our Match If You Have

❏ 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or related roles

❏ Proven experience taking digital products from business requirements through design, development, launch, and optimization

❏ Strong experience translating business requirements into digital product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs

❏ Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and release plans

❏ Strong understanding of digital customer experience and UX, with the ability to work closely with design teams and challenge experience decisions when necessary

❏ Experience managing complex digital products, platforms, portals, applications, or customer-facing services

❏ Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle

❏ Experience working closely with development teams, architects, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and other specialists

❏ Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, systems, data, architecture, and technical dependencies without needing to be a developer

❏ Strong experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and releases

❏ Experience leading product and stakeholder workshops

❏ Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience

❏ Experience coordinating QA, UAT, and product acceptance

❏ Ability to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints when making product decisions

❏ Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into structured product direction

❏ Up-to-date knowledge of modern product management, collaboration, analytics, prototyping, and AI-powered tools

❏ Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product management activities while maintaining strong judgment and ownership of decisions

❏ Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

❏ Comfortable taking ownership and driving products forward with limited supervision

❏ Arabic speaking is a strong advantage

❏ Willing to work on-site with clients when required

❏ Flexible to work across different industries, products, and GCC client environments

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
