As a Digital Product Attorney in the Digital Products & Experience Legal Team, you will provide legal coverage for the bank's online platforms and digital tools, focusing on digital channels, communications, and legal agreements, with additional support to customer identity and authentication. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly developing field, providing legal advice on a broad range of digital products and services. You will be part of a high-performing team that supports Chase's digital initiatives and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide commercially pragmatic and trusted legal advice on digital products and services.
- Issue-spot, research, and escalate risks related to digital products and applicable laws.
- Interact with senior business clients and provide support on legal issues and regulatory items.
- Collaborate with control partners to ensure awareness and resolution of issues.
- Participate in legal department and cross-line business initiatives and projects.
- Represent the team in committees, programs, and forums, ensuring team awareness of relevant issues.
- Contribute to the culture, collaboration, and cohesiveness of the legal team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state of the position.
- At least five years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think and act collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Perseverance and patience to work through ambiguity and see matters to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners and control partners.
- Comfortably work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience with or interest in digital and/or technology matters.
- A good sense of humor.
