ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented Digital Producer to join our creative team to help launch FOX’s new subscription streaming app. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and brings a can-do attitude to every task. The right candidate is highly organized, takes initiative, and consistently ensures accuracy. They’re confident working within established teams, yet confident to contribute creative and project management solutions when the opportunity arrives. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end digital production workflows, ensuring efficient processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality deliverables
Produce and manage direct-to-consumer (D2C) merchandising assets across various digital platforms
Quality check creative deliverables and support the development of project briefs
Download, organize, and source video clips for use in creative content
Assist with weekly/monthly asset tracking and performance reporting
Maintain organized catalogs of creative assets (e.g., BOX) for easy reference and future use
Keep documentation and onboarding materials current in Notion
Assign and track production tasks, manage timelines, and flag roadblocks proactively
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, marketing managers, editors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Stay up-to-date on platform specs, creative standards, and emerging project management tools (including AI applications)
Perform final quality control to ensure brand, technical, and platform compliance
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of experience as a digital producer, creative project manager, or equivalent (agency or in-house)
Proven experience in a design studio, creative, or marketing environment
Proficient in JIRA, with working knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience with Figma preferred
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and asset requirements
Familiarity with design language, file types, and creative workflows
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective written and verbal communicator, especially in remote settings
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in real time
Experience supporting a brand or app launch is a plus
Confident presenting work to stakeholders and reading a room

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
