  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets (rate sheets and estimates), resources, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and on budget.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including key milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, project estimates, and vendor management.

  • Partner closely with Project Management, Account, Creative, Media, Ad Ops, Analytics, Technology and Development, and Production teams to align project objectives and drive successful execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day production activities across digital campaigns and media platforms, including animated and static display banners, rich media, video skins, video content, social content and copy, website development and maintenance, email, and dynamic creative optimization.
  • Manage high-volume display campaigns with 200+ unique deliverables per campaign, overseeing versioning strategies, asset organization, production workflows, and coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review briefs, media plans, technical specifications, and project requirements to establish production approaches and project scope.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve production challenges, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate asset delivery, ad trafficking, quality assurance, and launch activities to ensure accuracy and readiness for deployment.
  • Support the continuous improvement of production workflows, processes, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement production tools, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.

How You’ll Excel in Your Role

  • Demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills while successfully balancing multiple priorities and meeting hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a trusted partner across cross-functional teams, building collaborative relationships and aligning stakeholders around shared project goals.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to identify risks, navigate challenges, and proactively drive projects forward.
  • Leverage expertise in digital production, creative development, advertising, AI-enabled workflows, dynamic content solutions, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and execution.
  • Work independently while remaining highly collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented.
  • Maintain proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office/Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Smartsheet, to effectively organize, manage, and communicate project information.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving priorities, technologies, and client needs.
  • Define and manage project scope including scope inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions for in-scope and out-of-scope projects. Generate and manage rate sheets, estimates, to project statement of work documents for out-of-scope projects.
  • Perform QA from concepting through delivery by reviewing briefs, creative decks, production-ready files and final assets to ensure brand consistency and creative cohesion.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
