Digital Producer (Freelance to hire)

We're looking for a Los Angeles based Digital Producer (mid-level) who is highly capable of managing complex projects with a strong background in digital campaigns, sites and content development. You are ready, willing, and able to produce projects with massive amounts of deliverables and variables. You are extremely organized and detail oriented, you LOVE managing spreadsheets and at the same time have a keen creative eye. You roll your sleeves up and work side by side with your team to meet the defined goals and project requirements and are able to clearly communicate status. You do not just take orders, you consult and guide projects towards success. You can navigate the process in a way that makes you invaluable to the relationship and project. Print experience a plus.

• Representing and protecting project requirements
• Budget and timeline management
• Identifying scope creep
• Translating feedback into actionable items for team members
• Consultation and education on digital production process
• Resource management
• Client communication
• Keeping projects on track
• Accountability to project, client and team

• 4+ years of experience producing digital campaigns and campaign assets
• Detailed experience creating and producing original and adaptive material for various media sources
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a keen sense of urgency with a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
• Salary range is around $90,000 - $110,000 and is based on experience
