The Brand Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding media quality and upholding brand integrity across digital advertising efforts. This hands-on, results-driven professional is responsible for ensuring adherence to brand safety standards and digital governance protocols. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of digital media quality, brand safety principles, and a passion for data-informed decision-making.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Media Quality Improvements: Develop and implement actionable strategies to enhance media quality, reduce reputational risk, and ensure operational compliance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
- Audit and Monitor Campaigns: Leverage marketing intelligence platforms to assess brand safety, fraud, viewability, and geo-compliance across global campaigns.
- Tool Mastery: Become a power user of platforms from MediaRadar, DoubleVerify, Fiducia, and other media intelligence tools.
- Training and Enablement: Create and maintain training materials, guidelines, and documentation to support internal teams and uphold quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to reinforce brand safety protocols and align on best practices.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on evolving industry standards, regulatory changes, and competitive trends to proactively inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in media planning, buying, or digital ad quality.
- Strong understanding of digital ad quality and brand safety principles.
- Familiarity with media data analysis tools, ad platforms, and marketing intelligence platforms.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills developed through professional study or comparable experience sufficient to identify, describe, and make recommendations relative to business challenges impacting their area on a day-to-day basis. Applies a body of professional/theoretical knowledge and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
