We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and creative Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Office team. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy across all rooftops, managing the corporate website, analyzing marketing performance data, and driving data-informed decisions to improve customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the corporate website, including content updates, performance optimization, user experience, and lead generation strategy
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across all brands and dealership locations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, SEO performance, and campaign ROI
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Manage SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and website content structure to improve search visibility and organic traffic
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms), ensuring optimal performance and ROI
• Analyze customer journey data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with dealership marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels
• Manage CRM integration and digital lead flow tracking to improve marketing effectiveness and sales conversion
• Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows
• Work closely with vendors and third-party agencies to execute digital initiatives and performance tracking
• Create and maintain reporting tools for leadership visibility into marketing performance and ROI
• Support content development for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
• Automotive or luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content creation and campaign execution experience

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in marketing analytics
• Advanced knowledge of website management, SEO, and digital performance optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards (required)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital campaign optimization
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead tracking workflows
• Proficiency in Excel, data reporting tools, and performance analysis
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects across departments and dealership rooftops
