JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Make.com automations, GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and campaigns, and is Google Ads certified with proven results. This role combines technical automation, digital campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Automation & Systems

  • Build, optimize, and maintain automations on Make.com

  • Integrate platforms, manage triggers, and troubleshoot workflows

  • Set up and optimize pipelines, workflows, forms, and campaigns inside GoHighLevel

Digital Advertising

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for conversions and ROAS

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

General Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with landing page creation and funnel optimization (GHL)

  • Manage and optimize email/SMS campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST HAVE: Google Ads Certified, experience with Make.com & GoHighLevel

  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working with numbers and data

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
