Welcome to Campspot! Whether you are an avid camper, the occasional glamper, an expert RV-er, or new to the outdoors entirely, we're interested in working with you. Our team values diverse perspectives as we seek to create an easy-to-navigate and meaningful camping experience for everyone.
We hope you will consider joining our team! ALL human beings are welcome, and we are committed to helping you thrive here. We believe our team, as well as the outdoors, is for everyone.
We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to be a foundational member of our new Marketing Services agency. This new division within Campspot will provide full-service paid media and marketing services to our B2B SaaS customers (campground owners and operators), helping them drive more bookings and grow their own brands.
This is a unique, full-time role with a two-part structure:
- Phase 1 (First 3-4 Months: Dec 2025 - Mar 2026): You will begin by serving as coverage for our in-house Performance Marketing Analyst while on parental leave. In this temporary capacity, you will manage the internal paid media campaigns for Campspot's B2C Marketplace (campspot.com) and B2B SaaS (campground lead generation) businesses.
- Phase 2 (Long-Term Role): Following this interim period, you will transition full-time into the Agency Services team. You will be one of the first analysts dedicated to building, managing, and scaling paid media (Google Paid Search, Meta Ads, etc.) and email campaigns directly for our campground clients.
The ideal candidate is an agency-trained, hands-on expert in paid media who excels at managing multiple small and mid-size business (SMB) clients, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and is excited by the prospect of building a new service offering from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities (Agency Services - Long-Term):

Plan, build, execute and optimize email campaigns in coordination with our campground clients to drive engagement and bookings with their customers.
- Client Strategy & Onboarding: Develop bespoke digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of campground clients, understanding their unique goals, budgets, and target audiences.
- Client Reporting, Management & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for your clients. Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports (using GA4, ad platforms, etc.) that "tell the story" of their campaign ROI and provide actionable insights.
- Process & Product Development: As a foundational team member, you will actively help create and refine the scalable workflows, reporting templates, and best practices for our new agency offering.
- Innovation: Proactively research and propose new paid media channels, strategies, and testing ideas to drive better results for our clients.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as CPL, CPO, and ROAS using HubSpot and ad platform analytics.
