The Campaign Specialist is an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns in line with the overall strategy. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and lead generation through meticulous execution and collaboration. The Campaign Specialist will work under close supervision in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with senior marketing staff and cross-functional teams.

  • Support the creation and management of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with the campaign’s messaging and quality standards.

  • Help coordinate campaign timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to support smooth campaign execution.

  • Contribute to defining campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging under guidance from marketing leadership.

  • Participate in the implementation of lead generation strategies across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events.

  • Assist in the deployment of campaign elements and in optimizing paid advertising and retargeting efforts.

  • Support the design and management of lead nurturing workflows to increase conversion rates.

  • Help monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute to the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Engage in A/B testing to assist in refining campaign elements.

  • Utilize data insights to support decisions for ongoing campaign improvement.

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategies.

  • Report on campaign progress and results to senior staff and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to campaign management and strategy.

  • Basic project management skills and the ability to support multiple campaigns.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and online advertising.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven campaign performance.

  • Creative thinking abilities for supporting campaign strategy development.

  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.

This position has a salary range of $58,200 - 72,800 CAD Annual

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
