This role exists to accelerate growth across organic search, paid campaigns, and social media by turning a premium, artisan product line into compelling digital content that drives qualified traffic and conversions. The company needs a hands-on specialist who can own SEO end-to-end while running daily multi-platform social publishing and launching an influencer program. The objective is to expand brand awareness in the home furnishings niche and sustain consistent, measurable online sales growth.
The Impact you’ll make
SEO (Organic + Paid)
- Plan and execute both organic SEO and paid search initiatives to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO hygiene.
- Build and manage content briefs aligned to product specifications and category themes.
Social Media Management
- Publish daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter); explore and test TikTok.
- Create carousels, captions, reels/short-form videos, and engaging product-led content.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and community engagement aligned with brand voice.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and outreach to potential influencers aligned with the home decor audience.
- Coordinate partnerships, including product seeding and potential store/warehouse or virtual visits.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and fees; track outcomes and content usage.
Brand Storytelling for Home Furnishings
- Translate product specifications and design stories into clear, inspiring social and SEO content.
- Adapt quickly to the home furnishings industry environment and seasonal trends.
- Uphold high professional standards to ensure error-free, on-brand execution.
Analytics and Optimization
- Track SEO, paid, and social performance; report weekly wins, learnings, and next steps.
- Test creatives, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules to improve reach and engagement.
- Recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI across channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven SEO specialist experience managing both organic SEO and paid search campaigns.
- Hands-on social media management across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter), with experience creating carousels and reels; willingness to explore TikTok.
- Demonstrated influencer outreach, coordination, and negotiation experience.
- Strong English copywriting and content creation skills with high attention to detail and error-free delivery.
