Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Manager, North America (Assurance)
Location: Canada or US
Own the engine behind every click in the US & Canada. Make campaigns faster, cleaner, smarter.
BSI’s Assurance division is hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Manager – North America (NorAm) to power the infrastructure, execution, and analytics behind our regional marketing engine. You’ll be the operational bridge between the NorAm marketing team and the Global Digital Hub, ensuring every digital program is launched flawlessly, tracked accurately, and improved continuously through data-driven insight. From automation workflows to web forms to ROI dashboards, you’ll safeguard campaign integrity, regional adaptability, and full-funnel performance.
If you’re a hands-on, analytical, tech-savvy marketer who thrives on process excellence and measurable impact, this role is for you.
What you’ll own:
Campaign operations & execution: Build, test, segment, and deploy campaigns in Pardot via Workfront workflows; manage lead scoring, grading, and assignment rules; maintain the regional marketing calendar to hit SLAs and launch dates.
Data plumbing & attribution: Enforce UTM standards; ensure airtight source/medium/campaign tracking from Pardot → Salesforce; maintain naming conventions and data dictionaries.
Reporting & analytics: Own NorAm dashboards (MQLs, SAL/SQL, pipeline, velocity, CPL, email KPIs, web engagement, ROI) using GA4 and Power BI/Excel; deliver post-campaign analyses and recommendations.
Web & asset management: Build and localize landing pages, forms, and gated assets in Sitecore; run QA for copy, links, form logic, UTM accuracy, accessibility, and responsive design; support CRO testing.
SEO/paid media alignment: Partner with the Global Digital Hub on keyword strategy, tagging, pixel governance, and conversion tracking across paid search/social/display.
Compliance & governance: Operationalize CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR requirements; manage preference centers, double-opt-in as needed, and suppression rules.
Enablement & support: Provide playbooks, checklists, and office hours for marketers and stakeholders; triage issues and drive continuous improvement.
How you’ll measure success:
Campaigns launched on time and error-free (QA pass rate, cycle time from brief→launch).
Attribution completeness (UTM coverage, reduction in “unknown” sources).
Data quality (valid lead routing, duplicate rate, enrichment success).
Funnel performance (form CVR, email deliverability/CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Operational efficiency (Workfront SLA adherence, backlog burn-down, rework reduction).
What you bring:
Ops depth: Mastery of campaign lifecycle execution, lead scoring, and funnel diagnostics.
Platform fluency: Advanced Pardot (Account Engagement) and strong Salesforce admin collaboration; Workfront power user; solid CMS/Sitecore know-how.
Analytics mindset: Proven ability to build dashboards, analyze patterns, and translate insights into action (GA4, Excel/Power BI).
QA + troubleshooting: Meticulous attention to detail; able to debug tracking, forms, automation, and deliverability.
Process excellence: Documentation, governance, and scalable frameworks are second nature.
Collaborative communicator: Works seamlessly across teams, time zones, and stakeholders; clear written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years in digital marketing operations/automation within B2B (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred).
Demonstrated expertise with Pardot, Salesforce, and Workfront; strong UTM/attribution discipline.
Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel, GA4, Power BI or equivalent).
Familiarity with regional privacy and email compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).
Language & travel:
Languages: Strong command of English and French (verbal and written).
Travel: Up to 10% for team collaboration, events, and stakeholder engagement.
