This is a remote position.

About the Role

We operate a portfolio of B2B companies serving real estate professionals and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), including staffing, professional services, SaaS, and AI products.

As our Growth Lead, you'll be responsible for building and scaling a repeatable demand generation engine that supports multiple brands. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys creating systems, owning results, and driving measurable business growth.

You'll report directly to the CEO and have the autonomy to develop the strategy, execute initiatives, and report on performance. We are looking for a builder—not someone who simply manages campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly qualified lead and pipeline targets across multiple brands.
  • Build and optimize a scalable, shared lead generation engine using GoHighLevel and other marketing technologies.
  • Manage full-funnel demand generation strategies, including:
  • Cold outbound campaigns
  • Paid advertising
  • Landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Lead nurturing and lifecycle automation
  • Develop brand-specific messaging while maintaining shared systems and infrastructure.
  • Improve lead-to-customer conversion through automation and effective handoffs to the sales team.
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors, including PPC specialists, copywriters, and list builders.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as:
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion Rates
  • Pipeline Contribution
  • Present concise weekly performance reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, clients, or marketing accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven experience building full-funnel marketing systems—not just managing paid advertising.
  • Strong background in cold outbound campaigns, including deliverability, sequencing, and list management.
  • Demonstrated success improving lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing performance to business metrics such as CAC, CPL, and revenue.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following tools is highly preferred:

  • GoHighLevel
  • Instantly
  • Million Verifier
  • Google Ads
  • Semrush
  • ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI productivity tools

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Launch a scalable lead generation system across priority brands.
  • Build a consistent cold outbound engine that generates qualified meetings.
  • Establish reliable reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Validate and scale at least one high-performing acquisition channel.
  • Build and manage a reliable contractor network to support growth initiatives.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary based on experience.
  • Performance-based incentives tied directly to qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Full-time, permanent remote position.
  • Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and make a measurable business impact.

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Health insurance
  • Pay raise
  • Work from home

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
